Use of service

By using GlyGold, you agree to use the platform lawfully and in accordance with account, security, and operational requirements. Misuse, abuse, or unauthorized access attempts are prohibited.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Billing and subscriptions

Access to GlyGold is provided on a subscription basis. Setup fees are charged once at provisioning. Monthly or annual subscription fees are charged on the agreed billing cycle. Grace and recovery windows apply if billing lapses — see the Plans page for details.

Store data and ownership

You retain ownership of the data and content in your GlyGold store. GlyGold provides the infrastructure to host and operate it. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties except as needed to deliver the service.

Platform changes

GlyGold may update features, packs, and operational capabilities over time. Material changes to pricing or terms will be communicated before they take effect.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship. On termination, stores are taken through the standard lifecycle offboarding. Data retention and export options will be communicated at that stage.
